Return Policy
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or undefective merchandise purchased on TrueTimber.com for return. Items must include the attached TrueTimber price tickets and be accompanied by the original packing slip.
The TrueTimber.com return policy is simple!
- You may return your items in its original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.)
- Once the order is placed, we cannot edit or cancel the order. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send your order back within 30 days and a refunded to your original method of payment. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Returns AFTER 30 days will be refunded as a store credit.
- Returns AFTER 60 days will not be accepted.
- eGift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
- We do not exchange items, but you may reorder through TrueTimber.com at this time.
